BUSINESS REPLY MAIL RETURNS

TDM works closely with the U.S. Postal Service to ensure compliance with the latest regulations for business reply mail. In fact, each business reply envelope or card is produced with software that meets the latest postal standards. This ensures the fastest and most accurate returns to the school through the Postal Service optical scanning process. It also ensures that schools are charged the lowest possible rate for their business reply mail returns.


PERSONALIZATION & PREPARATION

The lists and printed pieces are delivered to TDM’s mailing facility after being checked for quality and accuracy. Each piece of mail is personally addressed using an appropriate salutation. The mail is then sorted and bagged in compliance with local postal regulations within three days. TDM’s staff is committed to total quality management, using a series of audits and sign-offs to ensure accurate and timely mailings.
