MAILING

After audits, the mail is delivered to the post office for weighing, verification, and delivery. An official postal form is generated showing the number of pieces mailed and the date and time of entry into the mail stream. This form is signed by the accepting postal official and kept on record at the post office and at TDM. The mail is generally delivered to the targeted homes within seven to ten business days from this entry. TDM also provides broadcast emailing to your internal lists and all available commercial opt-in email files.

EMAILING

TDM uses only the highest quality, double-verified email lists. Your opt-in email list and creative are delivered to TDM’s emailing facility after being checked for quality and accuracy. Email is deployed within three days, after merging and testing. As with direct mail, TDM uses a series of audits and sign-offs to ensure accurate and timely mailings.
