TDM assists the school in the analysis
of the leads and enrollments generated in order to refine the effectiveness
of future mailings. This analysis includes evaluating the demographic
assumptions, the selection of zip codes, lists, and the creative
design and copy.

Direct mail leads require a different
approach than that used for referrals or other media. TDM provides
a training script to help telemarketers and/or admissions representatives
to process direct mail leads. An instructional audio cassette describing
this process is available at no cost.
